ABOUT THE COURSE

5 days of inspiration with twice daily yoga and meditation sessions, pranayama and philosophy workshops, visits to the nearby lake and botanic gardens, barefoot walks, and a day spent relaxing at Gellert;Budapest's world famous thermal spa.

Our yoga retreats are designed for both complete beginners and advanced practitioners. This 5 day retreat isfor anyone who wants to relax, feel stronger and more energetic, and spend time reconnecting with nature and themselves. Our guests receive on-site full-board accommodation, with delicious, healthy, vegetarian meals made from locally grown ingredients.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Instructor; Lily Silverton has studied and practiced yoga for nearly twenty years. Although she trained in India under the Sivananda school of Hatha Yoga, she is schooled in many different forms of yoga including Vinyasa, Iyengar, Axis, Ashtanga, Restorative, and Yin. Her meditative, breath-led classes integrate techniques from all these systems with her former dance training and spiritual traditions from both East and West. Lily encourages students to find their own flow and alignment, to return to the breath, to join mind with movement, and to have fun. She strives to create a safe and inviting space in which students are empowered to discover their own practice.
